Overview
Join us in this unique half day adventure! We will visit the experimental terraces of Moray and the salt mines of Maras in a tour full of natural beauty, culture and a lot of excitement on ATVs. In addition, we will be able to observe the magnificent snow-capped peaks of Veronica and Chicon.
We will start the adventure with the pick up from the hotel in Cusco, once the whole group is complete, we will start our journey of 50 minutes in tourist transport to the town of Cruz Pata. Here we will have the opportunity to practice on the ATVs for 15 to 20 minutes. Once we are ready for the unique journey, we will start the tour on the ATVs to the experimental terraces of Moray where our guide will explain the importance of this archaeological site. After visiting Moray we will return to the base to board the tourist transport, then we will go to the salt mines of Maras, an incredibly beautiful place where salt is produced in a traditional way. During this tour we will have magnificent views of the snowy Veronica and Chicon, accompanied by a magical landscape in contact with nature, in the salt mines the guide will explain the natural process of salt. At the end of the tour we will return to the city of Cusco.
